For more than 30 years, Bob Over has been combining his deep understanding of securities, tax, real estate and partnership law to simply or creatively structure complex transactions and business combinations. As a trusted adviser and advocate with a track record of success, clients turn to Over for assistance with real estate development, private placements, debt financing, joint venture formation, mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, lease negotiations, and corporate governance matters.

Over also has a diverse general business practice helping clients form, manage and operate businesses. He started his legal career in the antitrust group of an international law firm in Washington, D.C. and before practicing law, was an accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co.

These are some of the reasons that we named Over to our Seattle & Pacific Northwest grouping of Lawyers in Real Estate. These are real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in both their practice and the larger community.
