SRS Real Estate Partners’ National Net Lease Group (NNLG) closed 2021 with $3.04 billion in deal volume consisting of 830 transactions in nearly 40 states. This represented an approximately 60% increase over its year-end 2020 deal volume. The year marks SRS NNLG’s fifth consecutive in sales growth since its 2016 founding.
To take advantage of the growing strength of the net-lease investment sales market, SRS’ NNLG expanded its staff, with 60 professionals working from 25 offices across the country. Some of the highest value transactions completed in 2021 include the sale of Salem, OR’s Home Depot Distribution Center ($50.75 million); Arcadia Crossing Retail Center in Phoenix ($65.8 million) and Service Auto in Hawaii for $39.2 million.
