A recognized expert in industrial real estate brokerage, Jeff represents investors, owners and occupiers in the leasing and sales of commercial real estate. Jeff has completed more than 2,200 transactions totaling more than 180 million square feet valued at more than $6.3 billion in the past two years alone.
Among Jeff’s notable 2021 transactions are partnering with Cushman & Wakefield’s David Kelly to represent the landlord in two leases at Springdale Commerce Park (134,000 square feet to Amazon.com and Sleep Number Corp.’s 237,000 square-foot deal).
Jeff served for five years as National Broker Leader for Cassidy Turley and DTZ’s Industrial Council Board and the Industrial Institutional Project Leasing Practice Group. He currently serves on Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Supply Chain Solutions (GSCS) Steering Committee and co-chairs the Industrial Agency Leasing Practice Group.
