Began in finance at an aviation company where she was an asset acquisition analyst. Through this, she found a passion for financial modeling and pivoted her career
Moyra Tran is an exceptional leader at 3E Management LLC and continually epitomizes what a dedicated financial analyst should look like. She began working at 3E Management LLC three years ago where she currently works as a senior financial analyst and designs models for clients who underwrite deals in the multifamily, condo, farm, townhome, marina, hemp farm and senior living industries.
She exudes enthusiasm for the bread and butter of real estate that 3E Management deals, but finds most of her joy studying and learning about the different forms of real estate and financial modeling. Specifically, her technicality came in use when she was working for a client in the farm industry who failed to account for $1.5 million in expenses, making their returns overstated. Tran caught this immediately and was able to save her client’s investors from inaccurately believing the overstated returns.
She constantly surprises her coworkers with the ability to accomplish so much when she has more than enough on her plate. Tran recently decided to take on creating 3E Management’s Marina Acquisition Financial Model with her busy schedule and finished it in perfect quality, ready for purchase on the website within weeks.
