Amy Collier

Amy P. Collier joined Newmark in 2017 as Valuation & Advisory’s (V&A) Head of Marketing & Strategic Accounts. She is well known for her role in launching the international V&A platform as well as her marketing and business development leadership establishing Newmark V&A’s brand identity. Additional notable initiatives include her roles aligning international partners as a Global Projects Team Leader and her direction of internal initiatives advancing company culture and inclusivity. She currently serves on the Cantor Fitzgerald Network of Women’s (NOW) Global and U.S. Steering Committees, is the Newmark Community Leader for its Hispanic / Latino Employee Resource Group (ERG), and is a Co-Leader of the Next Generation ERG for Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s emerging professionals.

As Newmark V&A’s Head of Marketing & Strategic Accounts, Collier is responsible for identifying new business development opportunities and overseeing, organizing and developing strategic relationships and key accounts. She also oversees all marketing and brand awareness functions including all social media, internal and external communications, and website management.

Collier’s real estate career spans two decades. She joined Newmark in 2017 after five years in Cushman & Wakefield’s Houston office. Most recently as managing director and head of strategic accounts, she led its valuation and advisory business development efforts in the Americas. Previously, Collier served as director responsible for the business development of the firm’s valuation & advisory service lines in the U.S. 

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Collier worked for nearly 15 years as a property tax consultant and was responsible for business development and representing large commercial property owners at various county and state appraisal hearings.
