Brett Rosenberg

Brett Rosenberg has been with JLL for more than 16 years and is regarded as a leading national expert on note sales and UCC foreclosure processes. Through the pandemic, her expertise has proven to be a crucial differentiator for the JLL team and for lenders and owners.  

In the past 18 months, Rosenberg has worked on 30 UCC foreclosures representing approximately $750 million in loan positions establishing her as the most active advisor in the business. Ongoing economic evolution will continue to expand the need for UCC advisory services and Rosenberg’s direct transaction experience will greatly benefit her clients.  

Rosenberg is also highly active as part of JLL’s note sale team, advising on more than $10 billion of note sales transactions during her career with established strong industry relationships with lenders. In addition to her niche specialties and skills, she also provides leadership and counsel to traditional financing clients and has a proven track record in originating assignments for the JLL Capital Markets team.
