Annette Healey continues to be a driving force in the retail sector for CBRE. For the third straight year, she has been named CBRE’s Top Retail Producer, a distinction that speaks to her dedicated approach to clients, strong work ethic and prolific deal-making skills.
Healey brings an unparalleled level of energy and ingenuity to her clients, actively helping manage store portfolios across the country ranging from more than 100 locations to fewer than 30. Her clients span various product categories in locations from street-side storefronts to expansive malls and lifestyle centers.
Healey’s unwavering commitment to her business extends through her clients, colleagues and commercial real estate community, as exhibited by her involvement in industry organizations within and outside of CBRE. She serves as a senior member of CBRE’s Retail Services Group for the Americas and is actively involved in cross-border initiatives by retailers, serving as a liaison for international business. She is also actively involved in CBRE’s Tri-State Women’s Network, where she frequently participates in scheduled events and mentors young women at the company.
Outside of CBRE, Healey is a voting member on the Retail Committee for the Real Estate Board of New York and formerly was on the board of the Community Fund of Bronxville Eastchester Tuckahoe.
