Heads up Unispace operations in North America

Worked as end-user at PwC before joining provider side

Received 2017 New England CoreNet Americas Real Estate Executive of the Year Award

Tracy Lea Neff is a role model in the industry with more than 25 years of experience leading in a traditionally male-dominated field. At Unispace in Boston, she heads up operations in North America, promoted from regional principal of delivery during the pandemic for her unwavering dedication to continuous improvement in process and the client experience, and her unique mix of strategic, practical, and analytical expertise.

Neff is responsible for the success and execution of all projects in the Americas, overseeing the strategy, design, pre-construction and construction teams at Unispace to ensure a seamless delivery of workplace creations. During the pandemic, she led and executed some of the firm’s largest workplace projects and took on different obstacles to enable her teams to quickly adapt.

Neff worked closely with Unispace’s senior safety manager to develop a strategy to address new regulations on sites and led the North America emergency response team to ensure the safety of studio staff. She has had a diverse career, working as an end-user at PwC before joining the provider side at Unispace.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Neff as one of the Boston & New England 2021 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
