Oversees a multi-billion-dollar loan portfolio

Annmarie Pavone is director of asset Management at Winthrop Capital Advisors, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar loan portfolio comprised of complex assets within a series of CRE debt-oriented investment vehicles, including first mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, preferred equity, real estate debt and equity securities, and other varied sophisticated credit investments.
