Elizabeth Krol joined EBI Consulting in 2020 as national client director. With more than 25 years’ experience as a professional geologist and environmental professional, she specializes in providing environmental and physical due diligence of commercial, industrial, retail, and multifamily real estate properties, which includes: ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, construction risk management, energy audits, facility management plans, seismic evaluations, regulatory agency file reviews, compliance audits, hazardous material assessments, wetland assessments and Phase II Subsurface Investigations, including vapor intrusion and PFAS impacts.
Krol is widely recognized as a thought leader and leading provider of due diligence services to the commercial real estate and financial services sectors. She leads the historical research focus group within the ASTM E1527 Task Group, was selected as a founding member and national advisory panelist of commonground, and served as co-editor of the EBA Journal for the Environmental Bankers Association.
