Jessica Mizrahi

Over the brief seven years of her commercial real estate career, Jessica Mizrahi has achieved more than most both within her company at Cushman & Wakefield and within the CRE organizations. 

Jessica is a leading industrial leasing broker in Central Florida. In fact, she and her team are the top predominately industrial brokerage team and have more than 14.5 million square feet of landlord representation. In addition, she closes an average of 85 deals annually worth $108 million (2020 value).  

Her accolades include a Top 40 Under 40 award from the Tampa Bay Business Journal, a Florida Gulf Coast Association of REALTORS Rookie of the Year award; and a Commercial Real Estate Women, Tampa Bay chapter Rising Star award in honor of her services as a board member and committee chairman. Jessica is the founding member of the Women’s Integrated Network (WIN) at the Cushman & Wakefield Tampa office and achieved Employee of the Year in the office just within six months of starting at the company back in 2014. 

Today, Jessica strives to build rapport and provide the best customer service to her clients and the organizations that she is involved with and the brokerage community alike. She is at a point in her career where she is well-known in the commercial real estate community and industrial community as the go-to broker to find any industrial space.
