Dawn Pfaff

Dawn Pfaff, founder and president of My State MLS, is a technology entrepreneur who has been involved in the real estate industry for the past 20 years from nearly every angle possible:  appraiser, agent, broker, dealer for manufactured housing, licensed instructor to teach continuing education and investor. 

She founded Jupiter-based My State MLS to fill a void in the market and offer agents and brokers their own statewide MLS that features streamlined listing options, ownership of data and a variety of enhanced tools to fit their unique needs. Pfaff is consistently looking for new ways to expand or improve its software and services to its members. Her personal goal has always been to sell the best product, at the lowest possible price, to the most people.  

Pfaff has always been a source of information and innovation for the real estate industry. In 2021, Pfaff and My State MLS partnered with Brevitas, an industry-leading syndication platform for commercial listings. While many popular consumer-facing sites don’t accept commercial listings, and some MLSs don’t offer commercial-specific fields, My State MLS initiated the Brevitas partnership in order to serve its commercial broker members.  

Mostly recently, Pfaff and My State MLS partnered with MLS Affiliate, Inc., which shares revenue with members by rewarding them with direct payments for referring real estate products and services to their network.
