Jennifer Ferguson

Jennifer Ferguson was hired by Share MD (a bicoastal healthcare real estate and physician practice solutions company) in February 2020 as senior property manager for 841 Prudential Dr. The iconic Jacksonville building serves as a shared facility for Baptist Health, the University of Florida at Jacksonville Healthcare, Wolfson Children’s Hospital, Emergency Physicians, Regus and OneCall. 

Within 30 days of her hire, Ferguson was faced with operating an essential facility during an unprecedented pandemic. She rose to the occasion, overseeing appropriate changes to sanitation, staffing and logistics to ensure that healthcare providers and others who call 841 their work home could continue to operate safely.  

Ferguson was then offered greater responsibility within ShareMD affiliate ShareMD Asset Management, and she also took on an ever-increasing role in the company’s human resources, employee benefits, strategic sourcing and company leadership. 

During this already busy time, Ferguson became active and involved in both her community and in her industry, representing ShareMD with the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce and with the Jacksonville branch of BOMA International.  

In February 2021, Ferguson’s accomplishments were recognized by ShareMD with a promotion to national director of property management, a role in which she now oversees a bicoastal, 14-property portfolio comprising more than 120 tenants in 970,000 square feet along with 900 vendors and employees.
