Tina Renee McCall, CCIM and managing director at Bridge Investment Group, is a proven problem-solver and leader with a track record of generating meaningful results in an incredibly competitive arena. In her current role, she manages the asset management teams across 43 properties in 15 states. McCall serves on Bridge’s Investment Committee and Valuation Committee for the Office strategies and is the co-chair for the Bridge Women’s Network.
Despite unforeseen challenges related to COVID-19, her teams have continued to produce positive results. The South Florida division completed the sale of Bayview Corporate Tower in Fort Lauderdale in July 2020, a successful conclusion to a 4-year, $5-million repositioning strategy that represented one of the largest office transactions in South Florida since the onset of the pandemic.
Prior to joining Bridge, McCall was the SVP of asset management at Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate, where she helmed the organization’s East Region office, managed the investment performance for 20 buildings totaling more than three million square feet and successfully completed more than 100 lease transactions over a four-year period.
