Katie Runyan is a senior director at Walker & Dunlop specializing in multifamily originations across the nation. Ms. Runyan has a notable 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She has sharp business acumen and displays exemplary leadership skills of her multifamily originations team. Her leadership also extends to initiatives that support and uplift women within Walker & Dunlop.
Runyan began her career as a multifamily underwriter and then transitioning to originations, she has had involvement of more than $10 billion in loan financing.
