Judy MacManus

Judy MacManus has over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She started her career as a market analyst and then became a certified appraiser. Shortly after that, she transitioned into a disposition analyst role. From there, she dove head first into an investment advisor position, specifically for multifamily housing, and the rest is history. To date, MacManus and her team surpassed the $1 billion mark in sales.

In her current role, as a Senior Director on Berkadia’s investment sales platform, consulting with clients and providing advice and market valuations for their properties is at the forefront of her job responsibilities. She prioritizes her clients’ needs and using her knowledge on the market to best serve her clients. She is constantly analyzing the market data, creating a “story” or opportunity to market a property. She also oversees the marketing process consisting of property tours, discussing underwriting, obtaining offers, researching buyers, presenting to sellers and selecting a viable buyer. And of course, like all other brokers, she is competing with other brokerages in obtaining exclusive listings.

She is actively involved with Open Doors, a charitable organization providing assistance to veterans, families and individuals in need of housing. In February of 2021, she was nominated to the Board of Directors.

MacManus is also a member of Real Estate Network Empowering Women and is a supporter of the Thrive Global Project, which provides educational resources to students around the globe.

She prides herself in being able to connect clients with opportunities, understanding what they are looking for and how the opportunity works with their investment parameters. She is very hands on, providing outstanding service and creativity in getting transactions to the finish line. Her persistence and team mentality sets her apart from her colleagues and is a testament to her success.
