Alexandra Huffman

Alexandra “Alex” Huffman is a senior director at Walker & Dunlop, based out of the company’s Bethesda, MD headquarters, and is responsible for multifamily loan originations through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the company’s bridge lending program. She has significant experience with specialized asset classes, including manufactured, student, and affordable housing, in addition to conventional multifamily, and has originated more than $1.1 billion of transaction volume since 2016.

Huffman leads by example, contributing to both the successes of Walker & Dunlop in multifamily finance and the inclusive company culture. She serves as a strong female role model and mentor for the women of Walker & Dunlop—young women receiving guidance from her at the company have even added that they would not be where they are today without her mentorship and support. 

Huffman is team oriented, eager to help those around her succeed and going to great lengths to provide positive encouragement on a daily basis. She has maintained a loyal client base through her dedicated, diligent work in the multifamily industry over the past decade.
