VP and shareholder with Kidder Mathews in Tacoma, Matt McLennan began his career as a runner in training in 2017. He has completed more than 100 transactions in less than three years, with more than 1.5 million square feet leased or sold and more than $100 million in deal considerations.

McLennan became a shareholder in Kidder Mathews earlier this year. Active in the local CCIM chapter, he’s also CCIM lead and liaison within Kidder Mathews. Additionally, McLennan is head of the runnership committee for Kidder Mathews, focusing on the recruitment and development of the firm’s newly appointed brokers.

These are just a few reasons we chose McLennan as one of the Seattle/Northwest 2021 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fifth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
