Assistant VP of leasing for Harsch’s Greater Seattle Area portfolio

Assists Seattle regional management team on acquisition opportunities

Colleagues say he has a keen sense for the “deal” that is far beyond his years

Jake Roselli has been with Harsch Investment Properties for more than five years and currently holds the title of assistant VP of leasing for the company’s Greater Seattle Area portfolio, which encompasses almost three million square feet of office, retail, and multi-tenant industrial space. He joined Harsch in 2015 in the manager-in-training program and is now responsible for the leasing of the South King County and Pierce County portfolio, spanning from Auburn through Fife.

Roselli assists the Seattle regional management team on acquisition opportunities to continue growing the Greater Seattle Area portfolio. Colleagues say he has a keen sense for the “deal” that is far beyond his years in the commercial real estate business. He grasps both the macro and the micro issues, and applies a reasonable and defensible rationale that is inherent to success in the business.

Willing to step up and go beyond the normal high expectations, Roselli delivers on all fronts, says colleagues. He understands the commercial real estate business and applies his passion for the industry to the task at hand, always keeping in mind the larger context.

These are just a few reasons we chose Roselli as one of the Seattle/Northwest 2021 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fifth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
