Immediate past president with CREW Seattle

At Seattle law firm Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker, Ashley Sherwood represents general contractors, subcontractors and developers of all sizes on complex private and public construction projects at the state and federal level, as well as internationally.

Clients look to Sherwood for counsel on an array of construction matters, including: heavy civil infrastructure, steel fabrication, commercial and residential buildings, and government construction and services contracts. She has assisted clients in navigating complex multi-party actions, impact and inefficiency claims, delay claims, lien foreclosure actions, indemnity claims, differing site condition claims, and a number of other contract-based claims. During law school, Sherwood interned for the legal department at Intellectual Ventures and was a summer associate at Oles Morrison.

Committed to advancing the role of women in the construction and real estate industries, Sherwood serves on the Women Leaders in Construction sponsorship committee and is immediate past president with CREW Seattle.

These are just a few reasons we chose Sherwood as one of the Seattle/Northwest 2021 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fifth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
