Director of marketing, Lorentz Bruun Construction

Received 2018 SMPS Influential Leader of the Year award

President-elect of CREW Portland

As a creative and strategic marketer for Portland, OR-based Lorentz Bruun Construction, Angie Cole manages collateral development, public relations, advertising, special events, direct-mail programs, market research activities, and developing relationships with current and potential clients to secure new projects. Colleagues say Cole is never satisfied with the status quo and as an MBA graduate with a focus in Marketing for Sustainable Business and with years of experience managing corporate initiatives, she is committed to establishing new programs that support the corporate mission.

Cole’s experience has taught her the many ways in which marketing and business development activities complement one another. Her ability to network with clients and be able to understand and address their needs allows for project wins as well as continued business with future projects.

Most recently, she was awarded the 2018 SMPS Influential Leader of the Year award for her work experience as well as her work serving the community. Active with CREW Portland, she’s the chapter’s president-elect for 2021.

These are just a few reasons we chose Cole as one of the Seattle/Northwest 2021 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fifth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
