Negotiates complex transactions on behalf of clients/institutional owners

Connor McClain in the past seven years has rapidly become a leader in the Seattle market with portfolio management services at Colliers. He entered the industry in 2012 and specializes in the representation and management of many local and nationally based companies, along with institutional ownership groups.

McClain’s primary expertise has been focused on transaction management, and he is highly instrumental in formulating and implementing real estate strategies that focus on not only cost initiatives, but also effective portfolio management strategies and corporate branding.

His primary services include delivery of high level client satisfaction in the management and oversight of lease portfolios and negotiating complex transactions on behalf of his clients/institutional owners, both locally and nationally.

These are just a few reasons we chose McClain as one of the Seattle/Northwest 2021 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fifth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
