Despite the challenges with the pandemic, Adam Schindler and Katie Kendall had another impressive year with many transactions completed for a value well in excess of $170 million dollars. The year involved a significant amount of creativity and speed to address the changes impacting the marketplace. Schindler and Kendall were quick to assist several tenants with renegotiation/restructure and relocation exercises, including multiple transactions for large healthcare groups, government contractors and a national non-profit retail group.
In addition, 2021 was focused on continuing to build out their early education advisory practice, with transactions completed for several established early education providers throughout the DC metro area.
