Ryan was charged with selling or leasing a vacant 98,000-square foot, single-tenant retail building. He located multiple buyers interested in the property vacant, and several retail anchor tenants that would have required ownership to invest significant capital into the property. He eventually executed a lease for a single tenant, thereby minimizing capital expenditures and maximizing value on an eventual sale.
