Aaron Watt, Keegan Clay and John Hallman are a regional team with emphasis in institutional leasing, capital markets and multi-market tenant representation. They are recognized as a premier industrial brokerage team in the Portland region.
During 2021 the team brokered 56 leases totaling nearly 6.5 million square feet, and 14 sales totaling more than 17.2 million square feet, for a combined transactional value exceeding $2.8 billion. The trio completed several 100,000-square-foot and above tenant rep assignments in the Pacific Northwest and surrounding areas. The team also handled several significant acquisitions during 2021, most notably a 500,000-square-foot off-market acquisition on behalf of Blackcreek/Aries.
