Oversaw sales of two covered land plays
Brokered the $20.5 million sale of Rose Hill Village Shopping Center in Kirkland, WA
Eric Bissell and Brad Bissell’s emphasis is retail properties, in which the team handles tenant representation, project leasing and land and investment sales.
During 2021, the Bissell team helped handle two high-value asset sales, while also handling leasing for Kent Station, a lifestyle, mixed-use center in Kent, WA. The two sales were covered land plays in the Seattle metropolitan area, which demonstrated the captive market in development opportunities.
The team also brokered the $20.5 million sale of the Rose Hill Village Shopping Center in Kirkland, WA with colleague Ross Klinger.
