Donna Alderson is an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, focusing solely on the leasing and sales of industrial properties. For the past 30 years, Donna has been a recognized leader in her industry and has represented the most active developers, landlords, tenants, end users and investors in the Southern Nevada market.
During 2021, Donna brokered a total of 66 transactions, consisting of 55 leases and 11 sales with a combined deal value of more than $780 million. Eleven of the lease transactions totaled 100,000 square feet and greater, significantly contributing to the local market momentum and overall industrial activity and occupancy growth.
Notable transactions included landlord representation in a North Las Vegas 652,010-square-foot lease to Reckitt Benckiser. She also represented the seller in a 2.4-million-square-foot, 11-building, light industrial park, also in North Las Vegas. She had the leasing assignment for the property for two decades, spearheading the asset’s $335 million sale in one of the largest industrial transactions in the Southern Nevada market.
