Brokered the $414.4-million sale of the Metro Phoenix 5 Portfolio
The ABI Multifamily Institutional Apartment Group (IAG) closed out a particularly strong year with the Metro Phoenix 5 Portfolio sale. One of the largest Arizona multifamily portfolios marketed to date, the transaction consisted of 1,448 units in Chandler, Gilbert and Mesa, for a combined $414.5 million ($286,257 per unit) price.
The team was able to negotiate and close a portfolio sale of this complexity because of its deep and varied experience working in multifamily brokerage in this market. While the IAG branding is new, the team has been together for nine years, with its client service, marketing expertise and negotiating skills consistently proven with each transaction closed.
