Steve Lorenzo has over 20 years of experience in retail brokerage, specializing in tenant and landlord representation in urban markets. He works closely with both national and regional tenants and landlords, assisting in site selection and leasing and purchasing of commercial real estate and has amassed an impressive client base. In 2021 alone, Steve completed 37 leases transactions and seven sales deals throughout the NYC metro area.

One of Steve’s most notable transactions in 2021 was the sale of 2970 Third Avenue for $8.8 million in Bronx, NY, where Steve represented both the seller and the buyer. The 15,000-square-foot single story corner building is located in one of the highest foot-trafficked areas of the Bronx, The Hub. Steve worked closely with the buyer, who has plans to redevelop the building into a 100,000-square-foot mixed-used building.

A noteworthy sale that Steve was part of took place in Pelham Bay, 3251 Westchester Avenue. This 9,000-square-foot single story building was dormant and not bringing any value to the area. Following the completed sale, the property is undergoing a 60,000-square-foot Class A expansion into a retail project.

Lastly, Steve worked on a 350,000-square-foot development in Yonkers, which has helped revive the downtown area by bringing two luxury residential towers with 500 apartments and 30,000 square feet of preleased retail. The development brings high-end living spaces that will attract commuters and other high-quality tenants to the area.
