Hruska successfully serviced a myriad of clients including Yale Health, Unilever and Subway in 2021. He also represented some of the area’s largest institutional landlords, including Tishman Speyer, Hines and Kensico. His team has serviced this market for 35 years with a focus on being consultative and always placing the client first.

Hruska joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1984, and currently serves as an executive VP in the Stamford, CT office. He has 35 years of real estate experience and specializes in strategic and tactical planning for corporate office and industrial leasing; financial structuring and the implementation of complex corporate leases and relocations.

Over the last five years, Jay has been responsible for leasing and sales transactions totaling over $1 billion and has been responsible for some of the largest transactions in Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT. During his career, he has established and continues to maintain active working relationships with a wide range of corporate clients including General Electric, AT&T, McKinsey, New York Life, Boehringer-Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, International Paper, Interactive Brokers Group, Yale New Haven Health Systems and Unilever, for which he has successfully managed its portfolio for more than 20 years and now consisting of more than 100 million square feet globally.
