Currently director of client solutions

Oversees implementation of WorkTeam at Farbman

Director of client solutions at Farbman Group, Sandy Eisho has been a rising superstar since she arrived at the Southfield, MI-based company. She has been promoted multiple times throughout her seven-year career at Farbman.

Eisho has overseen the implementation of WorkTeam, Farbman’s corporate goal-setting software, where everyone inputs and is accountable for their short/ long term, measurable goals which is not an easy task. Additionally, she oversees the inbound/ outgoing transitions of clients and ensures a seamless process.

Finally as director of client solutions, Eisho reaches out proactively and reactively to clients to make their experience positive. In many cases, her problem solving has led to greater client satisfaction and further business.

These are just a few reasons we chose Eisho as one of the National 2021 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fifth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
