Previously founded the debt capital markets team at Rivercrown Group

At the Atlanta office of Mount Street, a global investment advisor, Kirsten Glaser runs the entire commercial real estate debt advisory business for Europe and the U.S. She brings in large, global clients with unique projects and provides a holistic advisory service and opportunistic mindset to every transaction.

Prior to joining Mount Street, Glaser founded the debt capital markets team at Rivercrown Group. She has also held similar roles at JLL and Bank of America.

Glaser also is the Georgia state leader of a charity, Lasagna Love, which helps provide more than 2,000 meals each month to families in need. She manages more than 500 volunteers.

These are some of the reasons we chose Glaser as one of the Atlanta/Southeast 2021 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fifth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
