Has completed 750+ industrial transactions

Integral to growth of Carolinas team's institutional listings

Member, Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors

Fermin Deoca is well known throughout the Carolinas as a leading industrial broker, having completed more than 750 transactions throughout his career. Since joining the firm in September 2019, he has been integral in growing the team from 600,000 square feet of institutional listings to more than 10 million square feet at the end of 2020.

As a director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Charlotte-based industrial team, Deoca provides landlords in North and South Carolina a wide range of commercial real estate services including transaction management, acquisitions, dispositions, site selection and investment analysis.

“Despite only 10 years in the industry, Fermin has quickly risen to become one of the Carolinas top industrial brokers specializing in agency leasing,” says Brett Gray, managing principal. “His experience working in development and land has become critical in a hot land market adding value for clients each day. While Fermin is fundamentally very sound across all facets of the industrial process, his creativity and drive to put together complex deals is what truly sets him apart.”

These are just a few reasons we chose Deoca as one of the Atlanta/Southeast 2021 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fifth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
