With more than three decades of brokerage experience, Jim Foreman has completed leasing transactions with an aggregate value of more than $3.5 billion during his tenure with Cushman & Wakefield.
His 2021 transaction highlights include working with Shipley Do-Nuts on the site selection of its new experiential headquarters in Houston. Upon completion, the 60,000-square-foot manufacturing facility will hold a corporate office, restaurant and doughnut development center.
Jim also led the team that represented landlord DCT 225 Distribution Center LLC in its 200,000-square-foot lease to APAC DFW at 2902 E. 13th St. in Deer Park, TX.
