CBRE’s Dallas-Fort Worth Multifamily Investment Sales team, comprised of Danny Baker, Johnathan Makus, Chandler Sims, Nita Stewart, Kevin O’Boyle, Chris Deuillet, William Hubbard and Mikey Bryant, sold 25,839 units across 93 assets for a total of $4.31 billion in 2021. This was a 36% increase in volume from 2020.

The team’s largest deal for the year was the sale of Parkside at Craig Ranch in McKinney, TX, representing the largest single-asset multifamily transaction in Texas to date. Other notable sales for the year included the 261-unit M-Line Tower in Dallas’ Uptown submarket, the Sevona four-property portfolio with holdings in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio and the 165-unit Armstong at Knox on Cole Avenue in Dallas.
