As a Principal at Colliers, Brian is responsible for representing the industrial real estate needs for corporations throughout North America. During his career, he has completed transactions valued in excess of $2 billion.
In 2021, Brian represented electric truck and bus manufacturer Lion Electric Company in a nationwide search for its first U.S. assembly plant. The company ended up leasing 906,517 square feet at Clarius Park in Joliet. Lion also leased 50% of an adjacent 15-acre parcel for parking.
In total, Lion leased 50% of the four parcel park and will add a minimum of 745 new clean energy jobs to the area within the first three years of occupancy and an estimated 1,400 new clean energy jobs when operating at full capacity.
