Tom Taylor and Steve Bellitti are industry veterans with more than 70 years of combined real estate experience across Southern California’s Inland Empire. Leading a seven-person team that specializes in leasing, sales and development of industrial and investment properties, Tom and Steve have made a name for themselves both within this region and throughout the country, working as a best-in-class team in the leasing and sales of large warehouse facilities.

Despite the challenges presented in a mid-pandemic and post-pandemic world, the team closed a total of 94 deals in 2021, consisting of sales and leases, with a combined consideration of $1.4 billion. Notable transactions included Newegg’s 245,000-square-foot, $26-million lease at Ontario, CA’s Shea Center. Tom and Steve represented landlord Shea Properties in the transaction.
