Jeff helped facilitate more than 129 transactions in 2021, one of which was Hulu’s 350,000-square-foot renewal and expansion at Colorado Center in Santa Monica. Jeff partnered with CBRE colleague Rob Waller to represent Hulu.
Other notable deals for the year included the 281,000-square-foot lease for Beyond Meat’s new headquarters at 888 N. Douglas in El Segundo (completed with CBRE colleagues John Ayoob and Grafton Tanquary) and full lease-up of the recently-completed, 91,000-square-foot 9735 Washington Boulevard in El Segundo.
