Maxi Leachman

CBRE’s Maxi Leachman was promoted in June 2020 to EVP. This was her third promotion since she became a producer in January 2017. Leachman stands out as one of the fastest-rising female sales professionals in the Mid-Atlantic and nationally at CBRE. As a member of CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic Debt & Structured Finance (DSF) Group, Leachman specializes in multifamily, office and mixed-use transactions and is responsible for the origination and closing of debt & equity placements, as well as overseeing the financial analysis, underwriting, and due diligence process for the Mid-Atlantic.

Most recently, Leachman and her team have adapted to the new business environment brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the numerous challenges of 2020, the CBRE Mid-Atlantic Debt & Structured Finance group closed $2.8 billion in total transactions and received quotes from more than 100 lenders.  

Leachman’s diligence and hard work have earned her respect both internally and externally. She serves on CBRE’s National Capital Markets Advisory Board and was selected by Freddie Mac to represent CBRE nationally on the Freddie Mac Seller Servicer Advisory Council. Since 2016, both Leachman and her transactions have been recognized by the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association as Top Finance Agent and Top Finance Transactions in the organization’s annual award programs.
