Hines manages a large amount of resale clients

Sandra Hines is among the most highly endorsed and elite agents in Seattle, and in the top 10 by several measures in West Seattle. She is a true industry leader with a proven track record and consistent recognition among Seattle Magazine’s 5-Star Real Estate Agents.

Hines always puts her client’s needs before her own, even though she is a single mother of two kids who has fought through inflammatory breast cancer. Hines is a driven and competitive agent with an analytical mindset, keen ability and die-hard desire to win for her clients. By valuing relationships over transactions, she runs a business that is authentic to her values.

In addition to managing a large amount of resale clients, Hines is the listing agent for a new construction condominium project, Infinity Shore Club at Alki.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Hines as one of the Seattle & Pacific Northwest 2021 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
