Jeanette Flory-Sagan, founder and president, brings her extensive network and passion for the industry to the table when executing on behalf of clients. After working on behalf of landlords for almost 25 years, she brings a broad perspective of the industry and its challenges and utilizes collaboration in finding the best outcome for her clients.
Her company, Cereus Asset Services LLC, specializes in solution-driven asset management and corporate real estate strategies. The firm has experience with all property types including office, multifamily, mixed use, industrial, and retail, including development and redevelopment, in most major markets in the US. The firm also has extensive experience in resolving landlord/tenant disputes and construction defect matters from an ownership perspective.
Flory-Sagan is a dedicated advocate, mentor and philanthropist for female students and young professionals in commercial real estate. Each year, she takes a female CRE student with her to the CREW Convention. In her role as 2021 CREW Network Foundation Chair, she raised more than $100,000 for the foundation.
Flory-Sagan was also recently awarded the CRE (Counselor of Real Estate) designation. She is a member of AZCREW, CREW Seattle and CREW Washington, DC. She also recently served a two-year term on the CREW Network global board of directors.
