Christa Chambers, VP of capital markets, is a true leader at Ryan, in the commercial real estate industry and within her community. Chambers has proven herself as an exemplary woman of influence through her positive impact in the commercial real estate industry, continuous career development, service to professional organizations, community service efforts and mentorship skills. At Ryan Companies, Chambers helps lead a division and geographic area that has been nationally recognized in the course of the last year for its immense growth and potential.
Christa brings 30 years of experience and expertise in sourcing, negotiating and closing debt and equity for acquisitions, new development and stabilized properties. Between her years of experience and acumen, she has been instrumental in expanding Ryan’s capital markets department into the Western division. She excels in building long-term relationships with lenders and capital partners and is an expert in leading and implementing equity/debt strategies for office, multifamily, retail, hospitality and senior living properties.
Chambers is responsible for capitalizing Ryan-owned and developed projects, is the lead contact for capital relationships and works with senior leadership to help determine Ryan’s overall investment strategy. Having worked on both the lender and the owner/investor/developer side, she brings a well-rounded perspective, creativity and a thoughtful approach that benefits Ryan’s customers and investors.

In 2019, Chambers was appointed to join University of Washington’s Runstad department of real estate advisory board. She is also the governance chair for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and vice chair for the Urban Land Institute Management Committee. She will assume the role of chair in 2022.
