Juszczyszyn has developed an expertise as one of the leading real estate professionals for structuring and raising debt and equity for ground-up development projects.

Notable transactions for Juszczyszyn in 2020 included the procurement and closing of a $575 million construction loan for Seaport Labs in 2020, a build-to-suit project located at 400 Summer Street in Boston.
