Heather Brown (Executive Vice President), Rob Borden (Senior Vice President) and Andrew Stone (Vice President) make up CBRE’s Boston loan advisory team.

Combined, the team more than 60 years of real estate experience completing over $15 billion in capital markets transactions of office, life sciences, industrial, retail and multifamily properties.

In 2020, the team worked on numerous transactions across asset types (life sciences, industrial, multifamily, office) and profiles (construction, bridge, stabilized). Notable transactions included the financing of a large life sciences build-to-suit construction project, an urban industrial portfolio, and a multifamily development. The transactions were highly competitive delivering market leading execution at the time of origination.

Prior to joining Connect, David was the editor of Northeast Real Estate Business magazine and Student Housing Business magazine at France Media as well as spending time freelancing for ESPN and the Associated Press in the fast-paced field of live sports event production. He is also an owner and investor in multifamily real estate in Atlanta, GA. David currently resides in Atlanta and graduated from the College of Communication & Information at the University of Tennessee Knoxville.
