Brett Maze is a vice president with the Austin commercial retail division of Weitzman. In this position, he specializes in general retail brokerage, including retail project leasing, retail tenant representation, and investment sales throughout the Austin area. Maze has represented several notable clients including ShopCore, KIMCO, Colina West, Cousins Property Co., Q Investments, Lincoln Property Co., LRIC and Novick Development. As a tenant representative, Maze’s clients include Rent A Tire, Wingstop, Massage Heights, The Gents Place, Sharpe Vision, Dogtopia and Fast Signs.
