Co-host on the Future of Real Estate Podcast

Colliers’ Tyler de la Pena has six years of experience in South Florida’s commercial real estate industry and was recently promoted to director of office services at Colliers. A South Florida native, de la Pena has a deep understanding of the region’s real estate market and the various opportunities and challenges within the market, as well as the local businesses and national/international companies that are the biggest contributors to the local economy.

His financial background has proven beneficial in understanding the impact corporate real estate has on a business’ P&L and balance sheet, as well as the most ideal solutions to ensure a company’s real estate is in line with and contributing to the overall goals for the business.

These are just a few reasons we chose de la Pena as one of the Florida 2021 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fifth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

De la Pena’s also an active leader in the Future of Real Estate networking group, the Technology Executives Roundtable networking group, and has participated in charities for Habitat for Humanity and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. He is also a co-host on the Future of Real Estate Podcast, which has received more than 1,000 listeners and counting.
