Combines brokerage with financial analysis
Handles some of Savills Chicago's largest portfolio accounts

Alex Greene brings a multi-faceted outlook to her role as assistant director in the Chicago office of Savills. In her position, she straddles brokerage work and financial analysis for her clients that allows them to see the big picture of their real estate strategy.
Greene began at Savills in 2012 after being recruited by vice chairman Lisa Davidson. She was originally hired as a financial analyst, but Davidson’s team quickly realized she also had a knack for brokerage. Over the years, she has built her client base to include some of the office’s largest portfolio accounts including Ryan Specialty Group, AllianceBernstein, RT Specialty, Baker Daniels, and Lewis Roca.
Last year Greene was tapped as a future leader of the company and selected to be a member of Savills Academy, a two-year talent development program led by the senior leadership. The purpose of the program is for participants to hone their business development and presentation skills and train brokers on how to better assemble appropriate team members to increase their business and revenue.
“Alex is one of the most versatile team members we have in Chicago,” said Davidson. “I view her as my right-hand woman as I trust her to do almost anything related to finance and brokerage. She can do everything from run complicated analyses to managing transactions for national portfolio accounts or simply meet a client for lunch to chat through their real estate goals. “
