Terence Kirk is an executive vice president based in Colliers Downtown Los Angeles office. In this role, he has built out and leads a team of six skilled commercial real estate professionals, focused on multimarket accounts and spearheading in-house services such as corporate real estate portfolio assessments, occupancy cost reduction strategies, transaction management, relocation and site selection studies, and lease administration. He also oversees shared service/outsourcing analysis, consolidation studies, M&A due diligence, headquarter analysis, financial analysis and competitor benchmarking studies.
During the span of his career, Kirk has managed more than 40 million square feet of office space both nationally and internationally. He was recognized as a Colliers Greater Los Angeles Top 10 Producer in 2020, having closed 49 closed deals, 618,642 square feet and $200 million in transaction value. He was also the region’s Top Office Broker in 2020.

Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM. In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
