Andrea Howard, Jeff Glenn, John Currin, Allan Lynch and Caylor Mark have delivered nearly $1.5 billion in sales since joining.

The teammates were previously competitors, but in 2019 came together as one team and created a market-leading powerhouse with more than $20 billion in combined transaction volume. Their experience encompasses investment sales of Class A and B multifamily assets, land sales and development advisory, where their experience in pre-stabilized space has dominated the Carolinas recently.

Jeff Glenn is managing director in Raleigh, where he will continue his more than 20-year career advising private, public and institutional investors in the disposition, acquisition and structuring of over $5.5 billion of large-scale investment property.

About Lisa McDuffie

Lisa McDuffie arrives at ConnectCRE via REALTOR® world, where she served for nearly two decades as communications director for one of the nation’s largest REALTOR® organizations. She supported two membership-elected presidents who were commercial real estate practitioners, and managed the communications initiatives of the organization’s commercial special interest group. When not following the latest commercial real estate news, Lisa is zeroed in on her charismatic off-the-track thoroughbred as she makes the transition from an utterly failed racehorse to a lovely show hunter.
