Lily Engle

As VP of implementation services & support at VTS, Lily Engle sits at a unique position within the commercial real estate industry, working alongside some of the largest and most active CRE players to navigate their challenges and solve their pain points. Engle has quickly and strategically risen through the rinks since joining the team more than five years ago as an account manager, growing from “player to coach,” since she now oversees more than 30 employees at VTS who are consistently responsible for clients’ accurate and timely technical implementation of the platform while fielding support.  

She is known internally as well as externally as an agile problem solver, enabling the industry as a whole to seamlessly manage and mitigate their portfolios – a crucial role amid the COVID-19 pandemic as clients aimed to navigate the challenges and pain points of the deal cycle process amid uncharted territories. While the past 18 months have proven to be the largest health and economic crisis in recent history, Engle and her team were integral in enabling real estate businesses to not only function but to thrive remotely, providing 24/7 technical support.   

Engle and her team created a COVID-19 dashboard, designed to help landlords navigate their portfolios by providing real-time data on potential risks associated with the market, such as lease rollover associated with specific industries. This dashboard, typically a premium VTS feature, was offered to all VTS clients free of charge for the duration of the pandemic.
